We have one parking slot for rent next year (Sept 2013-Aug 2013), $120/month on a twelve-month  lease.

All our apartments are under contract for the 2013-2014 academic year, but if you are interested for the 2014-2015 year, please contact us. If current tenants do not renew, we will begin showing on Saturday, Nov. 9.
